Every engagement starts with a paid discovery sprint (1–2 weeks) where we audit your market position and map the opportunity. From there, we propose a defined scope with a fixed quarterly fee. No open-ended retainers, no surprise invoices.
A focused brand or web engagement runs 6–10 weeks. Marketing and sales systems are quarterly engagements (90-day sprints) that compound across multiple cycles. We move fast, but never faster than the work deserves.
