Understanding the Challenge

Company operations ran without a unified workspace platform, employees on fragmented mail and file-sharing tools with no central identity or admin control. That fragmentation creates inconsistent access management, scattered file storage, and no single point of governance for company accounts.

The brief covers full Google Workspace deployment: provisioning accounts for all employees, migrating existing mail and files, structuring shared drives by team and function, and setting up admin console governance for security, access control, and offboarding.

What We Aimed to Achieve

• Provision Google Workspace accounts for all employees with standardized naming and group structure
• Migrate existing mail, calendars, and files into Workspace without data loss
• Structure shared drives by team and function for centralized, permissioned file access
• Configure admin console policies: 2FA enforcement, device management, and offboarding procedures
• Set up group-based access control and distribution lists for internal and client-facing communication
• Document workspace conventions so the structure stays consistent as the team grows
